The target audience of this project, are the entry-level, in-hall staff members within Residence Life and Housing. This includes fourteen Residence Hall Directors, who hold masters degrees, and are considered professional staff at the University of Delaware. This is an extremely skilled team that is proficient in student development theory and student learning concepts. They live in the residence halls and provide primary support for over 7400 residential students. Residence Hall Directors are facilitators of many educational opportunities including the creation of leadership and involvement opportunities for students.
