Online Collaborations
Through the use of Web 2.0 technology, including Google Docs, teams of Residence Hall Coordinators will collaborate on multiple projects throughout the professional development series. They will utilize this space to hold group notes, work collaboratively on the strengths intervention case study, and publish their work for departmental use.

Flipped ClassroomVideo modules will be used to allow the participants to view content at their own pace and to review content as necessary. The Video modules will be used to teach different TPACK Concepts. As content will be reviewed be fore the sessions, it will also allow more engagement during the sessions and general debrief.

Active Reflection through Blogging
Each Residence Hall Coordinator will maintain their own blog and will post about their on-going learning experiences. This will also allow them to engage with each other around the topics covered in the sessions. This blog will also be converted into a long-term portfolio.
